We want you to be fully satisfied with your Teton Gravity Research gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn and unwashed apparel. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the shipping label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to appear on your original payment method.
